Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Oil is produced from 60% Frantoio, 25% Moraiolo and 15% Leccino Olives.
The olives are harvested in November to December depending on climate variations and are pressed cold. The olive trees are cultivated without any artificial pesticides whatsoever. The taste of the oil is extremely fine and the fruitiness is very subtle while the consistency is both smooth and flavour enhancing.
